Shipping policy

Orders are currently being shipped from New York City.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order and take into consideration if you will still be in the address for the estimated turnaround. It makes it very difficult to change addresses after the order has been placed.

United States: All  pieces are sent through UPS tracked mail. Once purchasing please allow at least 3-4 weeks for your item to be made before shipping. Then allow up to 1 week for your item to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email once your item has been sent. Please contact info@matinalestudio.com if you have any issues with your shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All our orders are sent with tracking. If you suspect an item has been stolen please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
